Xavia's Birthday & BBQ Gathering

We are celebrating another birthday today...its Xavia's 5th birthday and we are having BBQ at The Lilydale. We reached there early at 3plus so we can swim. The weather looks good, warm and shining.
After a good 20mins of swimming and splashing, we are out of the pool, took our bath and headed to the BBQ area which is just beside the playground.

But after BBQing a few food, the sky got darker and you can hear lightning nearby. But Daddy & PePe continued BBQing until the heavy downpour and we all ran back to PePe's house. Luckily, PePe's kitchen has a big grill oven, so most of the food can be cooked. For the beef, Daddy took charge to cook and everyone enjoy the Ribeye and Wagyu Beef. MaMa boiled the sausages, practically every food can be cooked and after a good dinner, everyone gathered around Xavia and sang him a birthday song.

Birthday Dinner at Sushi Tei

After a good afternoon nap, we headed to TampinesOne for dinner. Mummy chose Sushi Tei since we have membership and for the month of October, we are entitled to 20% discount. Another good deal...hehe. Uncle Mark reached the restaurant first and helped to reserve seats for all of us....i.e. small small gonggong, Novie and Tutti jiejie, Uncle Mark, Yiyi, Daddy, Mummy, meimei and myself.

Going to any Jap restaurant, I sure have to order my Tamago Sushi and Chawamushi.

After everyone is finished with their dinner, we took out the strawberry shortcake cake which we bought from Yamazuki. Firstly, we lit up 3 candles, sang birthday song for meimei, meimei blew off her 3 candles....then we lit up 5 candles, sang birthday song for me, I made a wish and blew off my 5 candles....HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

And as promised, we headed to ToyRUs to choose our birthday toys.

Birthday Lunch at Raffles Hotel

With Daddy's Feed at Raffles card, going to Raffles Hotel is really worth it. So for lunch, we decided to head to Long Bar Steakhouse cos they serve semi-buffet lunch. Daddy & Mummy each ordered a main course and we get to have soup as well as the starters and desserts spread. There's also children's menu to choose from but I am happy with the semi- buffet spread. For meimei, she only wants rice....

Before our lunch is served, we get to color on the children's menu.

After lunch, we headed to Raffles City Shopping Centre to choose our birthday present as promised but the range of toys in Robinson is very little. So, we decided to head home for a nap first. For dinner, we will head out with the rest at home including Yiyi and Uncle Mark, then we will go shop for present in ToyRUs.

Birthday Celebration in School

Today is my birthday and I am going to school in my pretty pink princess dress. Daddy & Mummy are on leave too and we will be going out for lunch after school.

My school dun allow us to bring real cakes or food to school for celebration but we are to allow to give party packs. So Daddy & Mummy helped me to prepare 29 party packs for my classmates and teachers. And Mummy also printed nice labels with my friends' name on it. Inside the party pack, there are sweets, chocolates, mashmallows, sticker and lollipops.

We arrived school much earlier today and after the assembly, all the kids whose birthday are on 28th October, get to go to the front and everyone sang us birthday song.

We then headed for our class while Daddy & Mummy went out to get some food for BBQ this saturday. They will be back before 11.30am to pick us up for lunch together.

My Birthday Party

Its so exciting.......today is both meimei and my birthday party. We woke up at 9am, took our bath, changed to our new birthday outfit which Daddy & Mummy got for us from Poney. Everyone got ready by 11am and then we are off to our party place @ Jurong Safra. Mummy is in-charged to ferry all at home plus the food, party flavours while Daddy will drive PePe's car with Aunty Cheryl, big big GongGong, Xavia, Vina and Dina jiejie there , and along the way , pick up our birthday cake.

At 12noon, we reached Jurong Safra. And everyone helped to bring the barangs (food, party flavor etc) to 3rd floor to our party room - Butterfly Room @ Kidz Amaze. Then, slowly, all the guests started coming in too. For my guest, its Unlimited Free play for today!! Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!

At 2.20pm, everyone gathered back to the room for the cake-cutting session. Meimei & I then changed to our pretty pink dress which Daddy bought from Poney. For our birthday cake this year, Mummy got us a 2-tier cake from Pine Garden. The top tier is Lychee Martini while the bottom tier is Orange Chocolate.....very yummy.

Then, we took some group pictures before rushing to vacant the room by 3.15pm. Tutti jiejie helped to change us back to our casual outfit and off we go to play while the adults clear up the room. Some guests left while the rest adjourned to Hanis for drinks. We continued playing till 5pm before finally making our way home.

During the ride back home, meimei & I took our beauty nap. Once home, Mummy bathed us and then we are free to open our presents....yipee! Thanks everyone for coming and making meimei & my birthday a memorable one! Hope you have as much fun as us.

Princess Athena's 5th Bday Bash

After rushing back from Equinox brunch, I quickly changed to my princess dress. Mummy found my tiara and off we go to Athena's place for the party. Party starts at 4pm and 1st thing I did when I reached there is to do up my own Princess story. Aunty Chris helped me in filling up the blanks. Then, we gather to play games - Musical Statue. I didnt participate so I got my face painted instead.

Then, we got to strike a Princess pose.

And, Pin the Tiara......I totally lost my sense of direction and got the tiara to the bottom of the dress. Hee.

Next game is "Princess say".....again, I didnt want to participate, so is Esther, so we got together to take a pix with Aidan instead.

Then, its cake-cutting time. Athena made her own Castle cake.


And Pinata Time!

After the game, cake and pinata, its food time. I especially enjoy the yogurt on the waffle biscuit. Then, while our Mummies stay on to chit-chat, we went to Athena's room to play. At about 7pm, we all headed home. Its really a fun party. Cant wait for my own party this Sunday.

Champagne Brunch at Equinox

Daddy didnt get to have his birthday dinner last night cos meimei was sick, so today we decided to "pay-back" by going to Equinox for Champagne Brunch but less meimei and Tutti jiejie. We reached there promptly at 11am and took the lift to 70th floor.

After indulging in all the yummy food, I make my way to the Playroom to play....its my 2nd visit here so I am more familiarise with the surrounding liao. I just helped myself to the toys, food, color pencils, drawing paper and an aunty helped take care of me while Daddy & Mummy enjoyed their Oysters, Foie Gras etc.

We stayed till the end of the Brunch i.e 2.30pm and then rushed home cos I got to attend Princess Athena's party bash at 4pm.

Ruixin's 3rd Birthday Bash

After lunch at Bishan Junction 8, we headed right on time for Ruixin meimei's party. First thing we did is to do our own tiara. I picked a pink one for myself and decorate it with lotsa bright colored ornaments. Meimei was sleeping, so I helped her in making one too.

After that, we played Musical Statues. Aunty KC played music and we are to dance to the music and once it stopped, we got to stop our action and remain in position. Esther, Athena & myself did very well and won the game. After this game, we played "Passing the Egg". My team won again. It was fun.

Then it decorate our leader into "Mummy"....no, not dress them to look like our Mummy but to dress up to look like this...I find it too scary so I went outside to hide...hehe.

After all the games, it cake-cutting time. Ruixin meimei has 2 cakes. One is Strawberry Shortcake decorated with Strawberry Shortcake figurines and the other is a princess doll decorated by Aunty Mel. We sang the birthday song, had the cake and then it time to go home.

Lunch @ Bishan

Its Daddy's birthday today....we are attending Ruixin's party in Bishan Loft at 3pm, so for lunch, Daddy decided on Crystal Jade at Bishan since its more convenient. We had assorted Dim Sum, Dim Sum Noodles, Duck Noodle, Fried Rice to share.....yummy! Happy Birthday Daddy!

Our favorite Pastime

Meimei & I always look forward to weekends....besides going out with Daddy & Mummy, attending our friends' party, we also get to use Daddy & Mummy's laptop. Daddy & Mummy will let us use at least 2 hrs and the website we go to is http://tv.disney.go.com/playhouse/index.html. The activity, games and stories in this website are all very interesting.

An evening of fun...and more fun

Meimei has been bugging Daddy & Mummy for a game of bowling and today, we are finally going. While Daddy and meimei are away for her piano lesson, Mummy, Tutti jiejie and myself headed to E!hub to reserve a lane. While waiting for our lane, I spent my time doing art & craft.

At 5.15pm, meimei finally arrived with Daddy......since I dun really fancy the bowling game (too noisy), Daddy brought me to walk around the mall while Mummy played the game with meimei. (Remember to check out meimei's blog for her game of bowling, she's rather pro....I must say)

For dinner, we headed to The Bark's Cafe since the weather is really cooling tonitz. I shared a plate of silverfish Fried Rice with meimei. After dinner, meimei & I headed to the grass patch to run around....it was really fun. We even lie down to spot the stars in the sky but we only managed to count "three".....

After the good workout, its finally time to go home.

Outing to Pasir Ris Park

Mummy together with Aunty KC and Aunty Mel have arranged for a Sunday outing to Pasir Ris Park. We arranged to meet up at 5pm to have some fun at the playground, followed by mooncake tasting and then dinner together at Different Taste at Downtown East.
