2nd Day @ Japan - Afternoon

After leaving the Tsukiji Fish market at about 10.30am, instead of heading to shopping mall....guess where we ended up. We headed back to the hotel cos we are all still recovering from our jetlag. We rested till 12noon before heading out to the shopping street. We walked into quite a number of shopping centre but nothing interest mummy nor daddy. But we did check out the supermarket and found this.....an apple that cost S$14 and a basket of fruits that costs S$200+

We continued walking a few street before ending up in NishiGinza. There was some cherry blossoms trees at the entrance of the shopping mall and we took some pix.

Feeling tired, we decided to rest at one of the cafeteria inside NishiGinza. We ordered 3 small cakes cos we dun want to spoil the appetite for yummy ramen which Mummy remembered Japan Hour recommended.

After the yummy cakes, I dooze off to dreamland while Daddy & Mummy continued exploring the street. By the time I woke up, it was time for dinner but.....Mummy cannot find the Ramen shop. But Daddy & Mummy have been craving for a bowl of warm ramen so they decided to find another shop. And thankfully, just a street away from our hotel, we spotted a shop with red cloth at the door. Daddy went in to check if they sell Ramen and they do....great!! We had our ramen and then headed back to the hotel for a night rest.

2nd Day @ Japan - Morning
Mummy set alarm to wake up at 6.30am but we were all so tired that we finally woke up only at 7.30am and started getting ready for Tsukiji Fish Market. It was still really cold in the morning and so Mummy buddled me up in lotsa clothes....tik I was wearing about 4 inners and 1 windbreaker, but I am feeling comfortable, so no complaint. But my Daddy is wearing only 1 T-shirt and 1 thick long-sleeve shirt.

And after roaming the wet market area, we headed for the shop where they sell sushi. There were so many of them but Daddy, Mummy decided on the one which has quite a bit of queue. But, the shop is so cramped. We had a hard time squeezing through to our seats. This is what Daddy & Mummy ordered and I only get to eat the rice.....but I love the way the rice is cooked. Really yummy.

Japan, We will Go....
We are catching the early flight to Japan this morning. Flt time is 0810hrs. Before that, Daddy got me my favourite snack - Pretzel stick. Look how happy I am.

And I am a good gal in the plane.....no fussing and was even able to catch my beauty nap.....in a bassinet which can barely take my weight...

We reached into Narita Airport at about 1510hrs and took the Keisei Limited train to the station near our hotel - Yurakucho Station. But Daddy & Mummy seems unsure on the location of the hotel and it was really cold.....Luckily Mummy remembered some Japanese words and ask her way around. After 20mins, we reached to our hotel - Mercure Ginza. Great granduncle, G grandaunty, Grandaunty Emi, Aunty Liza and Hikari were already there when we arrived. We checked into our room and met them at the hotel cafe for dinner.

After dinner, we went back to the room to rest.....looks how comfy the bed is and the toilet is so weird. It can spray water at the butt area.......

Alrte, got to stop writing......tmrw, I am going to see fish and Mummy says that we got to wake up early......

I will be away to The Land of the Rising Sun from tomorrow 30 March to 7 April with my Daddy & Mummy to visit my Great Granduncle & his family. So exciting!! Stay tune for my pictures.....

Mummy is sick....
She has been unwell for the past 2 days. Hope the medicine that Dr give will make her better soon. Then she can play with me.

6th Playgroup -

This time round, we had it at Aunty Kelly's place cos she was preparing lunch for the adults.

Playgroup Activity

• Yoga Session by Uncle Kevin

• Story-Telling by Mummy titled "Panda Bears".
• Aunty HY read a Mandarin storybook titled "MaMa". We did a "Rou-kou-ling" too.
• Breaktime
• Singing Session - Mummy led us in singing Buckle My shoes, I am a little Teapot. Aunty Apple teaches us a new song too - 1 little 2 little 3 little fingers....
• Finally, its Art & Craft session. Mummy taped up 4 big mahjong papers and all of us sat on it to "draw". I even had my short coloured.....heheheh

Then, its back to toys time again....

After lunch, we went to the void deck to play Athena's automatic car, courtesy of Uncle Ben who went to fetch it down, so all of us can get to play with it. I had fun with it but Daddy complained it was tiring for him cos he has to bend down to help me steer the wheel.

Anyway, we played for about 10mins or so, before heading back to Aunty Kelly's plc. I contined playing with Gabriel's toy in his toy room before heading home for my nap at 2pm.

Thank you Aunty Kelly/Uncle Ben/Gabriel for the great lunch, and Aunty Melisa/Uncle Kevin/Athena for the toy car.

GongGong is coming back today!!

After fetching Mummy from work today, we all headed to Changi Airport Terminal 1 cos GongGong is coming back. His flight is touching down at 7.30pm. We were there early so, we went to Delifrance and Burger King to grab a bite. At 7.35pm, GongGong's flight - CI 661 landed. And not long later, I spotted GongGong from a distance and I kept shouting for him. I was so happy to see him. After retrieving his and his friend's luggages, we headed home. GongGong bought a lot of goodies from Taiwan and I had a great time "playing" with them. After grabbing all those goodies, we headed home.

A day with Daddy

Today is Daddy's day with me cos he took 1 whole day leave from work. In the morning, we went to Rivervale Mall to shop and have breakfast. I had a fun time "working" in NTUC, shifting the goods from shelves to shelves. We were there for the whole morning, until its time for my precious nap. After my 1hr+ of recharging and my porridge lunch, I spent some time watching my fav show - Barney. I just wont get tired of watching Barney but I think Mummy & Daddy are getting realy xian liao...hahhaha.

We spent the afternoon lazing at home, and when Ah-Gong and Erna jiejie returned back from Grand 4th Aunt plc, Daddy left me with them so he can go back office to do some work and fetch Mummy back at the same time.

For dinner, Daddy cooked up a sumptuous meal - Focaccia bread with fried bacon, egg and tuna mayo and Campbell Cream of Celery. After the heaty meal, we took the free shuttle bus to Punggol Plaza for a stroll. We walked for only 20mins before heading home to rest for the night.

Changi Airport Outing

Same as yesterday, Mummy is on half-day leave and will be back by 12.30pm. In the morning, I was again in the care of Ah-Gong and Erna jiejie. Mummy did called up once or twice to check that I was fine, but I always push the phone away when Mummy try to talk to me. I was having my nap when Mummy returned. Seeing that my diaper was really full, Mummy attempt to change me, and trying not to disturb me. Wrong!! I was disturbed and refused to go back to sleep after that. Anyway, I have already sleep for an hr.

Well, Mummy had plans for me to meet MaMa, Megan jiejie, Jared and Dylan gorgor at the Airport cos they are having school holidays this week, so I got changed and was ready to go out when I decided to do my big business.

Mummy got me to my trainer-seat and I did my big business. Its my practice that after poo-poo, I must hve my bath. So, I kept pointing to my bath-tub after I am done. Mummy initially refused to let me bath so I helped myself to the bath-tub and Mummy bo-bian loh......hehehe. She got Erna jiejie to wash me up and let me play while she got changed.

After feeling good and fresh, I got changed and was ready to go out. We took a cab there and met MaMa and the rest at Terminal 1 NTUC entrance. I am so happy to see all my cousins. We headed for the Skytrain cos we are going to Terminal 2 Swensen for ice-cream. I had some fries and few spoonfuls of ice-cream, then we continued our walk to the Viewing Gallery. Once there, I alighted from my pram and started playing hide-and-seek with Megan jiejie. I had so much fun and before we knew it, it was almost 5pm liao. Daddy had finished his meeting and will be meeting us at Terminal 1. We headed back to Terminal 1 again via Skytrain and MaMa and the rest took bus home while Daddy, Mummy & I went to the Airport Foodcourt for dinner.

Morning with Ah-Gong and Erna jiejie

Daddy is working full-day today, while Mummy is working half-day. So for the morning, I am left in the care of Ah-Gong and Erna jiejie. Mummy has been teaching Erna jiejie on my morning routine ie poo-poo, then bath, then breakfast then playtime. So far so good......and Mummy says she will be home by 12.30pm (provided Daddy fetched her back).I was already fast asleep when Mummy came back. She cooked my porridge and when it was almost done, I woke up too. Mummy ON my favourite Barney CD and we watched together whlie I had my late lunch. Then, Mummy, Ah-Gong, Erna jiejie and me, headed to Compass Point cos Ah-Gong's hair was getting too long and he really need a haircut. We went there by LRT/MRT. I just love taking public transport cos its free for me....hahahaha. Ah-Gong went for his haircut, while Erna jiejie, Mummy and I went to the library. We walked around CP for a while, and had bread and drinks at Ah-Kun before taking bus home.

Daddy came back early today and we headed to Long John Silver at Rivervale Mall for dinner.

9 days without GongGong

GongGong took off from me for 8 days cos he is going Taiwan for holiday. He left on an early flight this morning and will be back only on 17 Mar. During this period, Daddy and Mummy will take turns to take leave to look after me. For a start, Daddy is on full-day leave today and Mummy is on half day leave. Yipee!! And Daddy says that we are going Science Centre today.

Expo & Science Centre

Daddy & I went to fetch Mummy from work today. And we headed to Expo cos there were having a Baby Care Festival. But, it turns out to be quite a disappointment so we left after a while. And yes, we headed to Science Centre. It was a really long ride from Tampines all the way to Jurong Town Hall. When we reached there, it was already about 2pm. Daddy bought the tickets @ $6 per adult for unlimited entry for the day. (I am free, of course) and off we go!! To the exploration of Science Centre....Mummy says its been about 19 years since she last came here......same for Daddy!!

We walked around the Life Science, Aviation, Discovery Science etc. At 4pm+, we went to the MacDonalds to have some snacks and drinks before going back to the Science Centre to finish off whatever we had missed. But, not long later, I was fast asleep in the pram.......and the next when I am awake, I found Daddy was loading me into the car to go for dinner. That was almoz 6 which means I slept for nearly 1hr+ in Science Centre.

Happy Birthday Aaden
Its Aaden's 1st year old bday party and we are invited to lao-yi's house at Tampines for the celebration. I fell asleep on the way there and according to Mummy, I woke up after an hour. Then I was roaming around, playing with Aaden's toys. I met my friend - Jiang Rui too. Aunty Chris and Uncle Jack are classmates since young. At about 4pm, everyone gathered around the table and sang birthday song to Aaden. Each of us had a slice of his birthday cake and we left no long later.

Mahjong

Then we headed to 4th Grandaunt place for mahjong. While Daddy, Mummy and Gonggong took turns to play, I was entertaining myself with the containers and baskets from the kitchen. Aunty Apple and Erna jiejie played with me too. At about 8.30pm, we left for home.
