New Year Eve's Party....

Mummy & the rest of the mummies (Aunty Kelly, Aunty Huiyan, Aunty Mel & Aunty Roslyn) decided to have a New Year Eve's party together and this time round, we are going to Aunty Kelly's place. * According to Daddy & Mummy, its been an annual practice that New Year Eve is spent at GuGu's house but this year, GuGu & family head for Gentings * It will be a potluck dinner and Daddy is preparing his next superb dish ~ Stewed Beef. This dish will need about 3-4hours to stir and cook, so after preparing the ingredients and putting them into a pot, Daddy got Tutti jiejie to jaga the pot while we headed to Compass Point for haircut. We brought Shaynnen meimei along so Tutti jiejie can concentrate on the stewed beef without having to run to meimei when she cries. After 4hours of cooking, the dish is finally done. We all got changed and headed for Aunty Kelly's place @ Pasir Ris.

We were the last family to arrive.....and after getting all the dishes laid out in the kitchen, we started eating. Then, its playtime.....Aunty Huiyan brought out the slide from Gabriel's room and all of us (except Louisa jiejie) had a fun time sliding. Then, Louisa jiejie suggested on playing "Play Dough" and all of us sit on the floor and started meddling with the dough. Its really more fun playing Play Dough in a group....

After playing and keeping the toys, Uncle Ben took out Uncle Ryan's Ice Cream and I shared with Daddy & Mummy. Its really yummy. Then, at 10am, everyone started leaving.

Swim @ Seletar Springs

Grandaunty Doris "chio" Daddy & Ah Gong for mahjong session at her place @ Seletar Springs today. Seeing that the weather is turning better, Mummy said ok so she can also bring me for a swim when the weather is warmer. After grabbing our lunch at Kovan Centre, we headed down.

Then, while Daddy, Ah Gong, Grandaunty Doris & Uncle Alvin played their games of mahjong, Mummy brought me down for a swim. The weather is really warmer, so it was good for a swim. I played for a good 30 mins before Erna jiejie came with a towel and brought me back for bath.

Then, I spent the rest of my time there watching my Barney VCDs, eating and napping. At 2am, the mahjong game finally ended and we headed home.

Afternoon @ Parkway Parade

It was still a gloomy day today and weather forecast says that it will continue to rain till Sunday. Mummy has gotten Tutti jiejie to change & wash all the bedsheets, so we decided to head down to Parkway Parade to dry the laundry instead of waiting for the sun to return.

Daddy is heading to his customer's place so he came over and picked all of us (Ah Gong, Erna & Tutti jiejies, Shaynnen & myself) up. We reached Parkway Parade at 1.30pm and headed for the laundry shop at 4th floor but there was a long queue waiting to use the dryer. We joined the queue while Mummy went to get lunch for all of us......After 2hrs of waiting, its finally our turn and while Erna & Tutti jiejie (with Shaynnen) stayed at the laundry shop, Ah Gong, Mummy & I went shopping. After the clothes are dried and folded, it was already 5plus. Daddy was also on the way home at that time, so Mummy got Daddy to pick us up so we can all head for dinner together. Yiyi & Uncle Mark were at East Coast Park, so we decided to meet up at East Coast Food Centre for dinner together. Then, we headed to Carrefour @ Suntec for grocery shopping before heading home.

Aunty Yan's Birthday.....

I went to Mummy's office today cos Mummy wants to surprise Aunty Yan with a birthday cake. We went to Compass Point to buy a cake from Four Leaves before heading down in cab.

After eating the cake and playing a little while, it was time to go home. But, we waited for Daddy (my Daddy & Mummy work in the same co) to finish his work before heading home together.

Playdate @ Bishan Loft

I have a playdate with Lavigne, Louisa, Ruiying and Gabriel today.....tis time round, we arranged to go to Ruiying's house at Bishan Loft. But before that, Mummy meet up with Aunty Kelly & Aunty Roslyn at Bishan Junction 8 for lunch at Ajisen. (Tutti jiejie & Shaynnen stayed at home). Then Uncle Ben ferried all of us over to Bishan Loft in 2 separate trips. (Thank you, Uncle Ben)

Ruiying's home is really nice. I especially like the pool view from the living room. While the rest of them were playing with toys, I was spending most of the time looking down at the swimming pool. Its been so long since I play in the pool. Hope the wet weather will be gone soon.

Boxing Day....

Daddy is on leave today, so we decided to head to VivoCity cos GuGu gives me a "build-a-bear" voucher for Xmas present and Daddy wants to help me in building my bear. But when I reached there, "Mummy's tots: We asked which animal she would like but she only goes around touching but was not interested in choosing one...so Eric & I decide to wait till she's older before bringing her over again. The voucher is valid till Dec 2007". Mummy suggests that I wait till I am 3 years old before building my bear ...... so my bear can share the same birthdate as me.

Then, we walked around VivoCity looking for a new pair of sandals for me. My current Crocs is outgrowing my toes liao. We walked a few outlets but nothing caught Mummy's eyes, by then it was almost dinnertime liao. We headed to Sushi Tei for our dinner.

My Own Tefal Set

I finally got my own kitchen set and the brand is Tefal. Mummy says its looks really real. Now, I can learn to cook and be a great chef like my Daddy. Thank you Yiyi for this Xmas gift.

Christmas Day....

Grand-Godma organised a Xmas Lunch at her place today but becos all of us slept so late last nite, by the time we wake up and get ready, it was 2pm when we finally leave the house. After spending a little time there, next stop....we headed to Orchard Road to feel the festive mood. Well, Mummy has 2 free Cathay tickets, so we decided to catch a movie too. We bought the 6.55pm show but becos its still early, we headed to Takashimaya for shopping.

At 7.05pm, the show began but I missed the whole thing....I was napping throughout the whole time, lying on Daddy's shoulder snoring away....hahaha. Shaynnen meimei was also sleeping the whole time with Tutti jiejie carrying her.

2hours later, the show ended and I woke up at the same time.....perfect timing!! Then, we headed for food at Newton Circus.

Then its home sweet home.....and if you guys didnt noticed, Daddy & me were wearing same colour outfit. Mummy says its like Hari Raya.....Hahahha.

Best Part of Xmas.....Opening Presents......

After leaving Granduncle place at 11plus, picking Ah Gong & Erna jiejie from 4th Grandaunty place at 1am (Ah Gong playing mahjong), being notti for a little while, changing to my pyjamas, its 3am by the time I sit down at my Xmas Tree to unwrap my presents.

After unwrapping all my presents, its almost 4am liao. I was so tired that I fell asleep almost immediately I hit the bed. Merry Christmas everyone....

Xmas Party @ Granduncle Calvin's

Every year without fail, Granduncle Calvin will organise Xmas party at his place....so this year, no different too but this year hor, Santa Claus came to his place. And Santa Claus says I am a good girl this year and give me candies.

But one thing I noticed, this Santa Claus has webbed feet......Santa Claus says he swam here cos its been raining everyday..HO HO HO!

Then, its log-cake cutting......and the jiejies sing "JINGLE BELLS" and "WE WISH YOU A MERRY CHRISTMAS" and I join in the singing too....

At 11plus, we left for home....Thank you Granduncle & Grandaunty for preparing the yummy food and the pressies.

Xmas Party @ My Home

Mummy & some of the mummies organised a Xmas Party and its gonna be at my home....and guestlist include Aunty Kelly, Aunty Huiyan, Aunty Roslyn, Aunty Serene, Aunty Mel and families. For food, Daddy is cooking potato casserole, seafood pasta.....Aunty Kelly is cooking stewed veg and salmon, Aunty Huiyan is preparing dessert and we have ordered Turkey, Roasted Beef and Log Cake from Carrefour. All the cost will then be split among the families.

By 7pm, most of my guests arrived (except Quinn) and we, the little ones sit at my red Ikea table and begin eating. The food was marvelous and yummy....everyone enjoyed it!

Then its gift exchange time......After everyone has gotten their gift, we moved on to log-cake cutting....and all of us sang "WE WISH YOU A MERRY CHRISTMAS!". Its really fun having all my friends to celebrate Xmas together.....we should do this again next year!!

Anniversary & Birthday......

Uncle Sebastian & Aunty Belinda is celebrating their 1st year wedding anniversary as well as Aunty Belinda's birthday and has invited us to MRT Club in Bishan. Tutti jiejie didnt go cos Daddy needs her to stay at home to prepare the food for tonite's party.

Christmas Carolling.....

Daddy is on leave today....and we have plans to head to Esplanade at the Park for free carolling. (Thanks to Aunty Chris for the information). There is 2 sessions of carolling....one at 6.45pm till 7.15pm and another session from 8.00pm to 8.30pm. We left the house just in time for the 1st session. Look how engross I am.....I was also singing along).

Then, we headed for food but hor Mummy wants to eat Thai Express but Daddy wants to eat The Soup Spoon. So how.....split loh. Mummy & Tutti jiejie & meimei headed to Thai Express for their dinner while Daddy & me went to Haagan Daz for Ice-Cream while we waited for them. Ya....dessert before food...hehehe.

After Mummy & Tutti jiejie is done, we walked all the way to Raffles City Shopping Centre for our dinner. Daddy bought a set of soup, drink and sandwhich and shared with me. Then is walking again....tis time back to Suntec cos we parked our car there.....gosh! Really lotsa of walking today! Well, I had fun!! Counting down to the Xmas Party.....

Orchard Road....

Daddy is off from work early today, so we decided to hit Orchard Road for our final Christmas Shopping (Daddy hvent got gifts for his colleagues yet). We headed to Far East Plaza to meet Yiyi cos Mummy wants to get cosmetic which Yiyi got 40% discount. Then we are off to Scotts Food Court for dinner.

We shopped around Shaw @ Isetan for a while before heading to the Basement for cheap Sashimi. After 9.30pm, the sushi & sashimi is at 50% discount, really great buys!! Then, we headed outside, wanted to take pix of the Christmas Lights.....But hor, the sky not really friendly, had slight drizzle .....so only have 1 pix to share with you guys...

Dinner @ TungLok Seafood

We woke up when it was almost lunchtime cos we had a really tiring day yesterday, remember!! But, becos Yiyi is giving us a treat tonite, so Daddy, Mummy decided to settle with just simple lunch of bread. At 5plus, we headed to East Coast Park @ TungLok Seafood Restaurant for our dinner. It was really yummy...THANK YOU, YIYI!

Midnight Magic @ Suntec

By the time, I woke up from my "shiok" afternoon nap with Daddy & Mummy, its dinner time liao and off we go to Punggol Plaza for makan. Well, Mummy saw this advertisement in the Straits Time, so we decided to head there after our dinner. Its midnight crazy sale at Suntec City Mall all the way till 1am.

We reached there at 9.30pm and started our shopping spree......almost 90% of the shops there were open till midnite and the shops were all having great discount on all their items....really good deal! Daddy & Mummy each bought an Empioro Armani sunglass for each other for Xmas gift, Mummy bought Tutti jiejie a nice slippers, Mummy got herself a Nike casual bag, then we headed to Carrefour for the grocery shopping.....and guess what time was it by then....its 12.15AM liao! And there is still a lot of people walking around.

I was really tired out with the shopping, so I was lying in the trolley while Daddy & Mummy shopped in Carrefour. For Shaynnen meimei, she was sleeping all the way since we were out of the house at 8pm and didnt stir a bit for her feed while Tutti jiejie sling her. Yes, she didnt cry for her milk after 3 hours but only when we reached home at 1.45am...that 5hours!!

Daddy, Mummy....we should do this more often....as in the late shopping!! Its fun!!

Science Centre Visit

Aunty huiyan managed to get a free pass to Science Centre and "chio" us there today, together with Gabriel and Athena. We arranged to meet at 10.30am at the MacDonald. Mummy says since the free pass only allowed 5 adults, she decided to leave Tutti jiejie and Shaynnen meimei at home. Well, I had an early night yesterday so I was up & about at 8plus, got my bath and milk and we managed to leave the house at 9.30am.

We reached Science Centre promptly at 10.30am, ordered my Macdonald breakfast while we waited for Gabriel and his daddy & mummy. Once everyone is here, we set off right to the WATERWORKS.....except for Esther cos she just recovered from her flu.

By noon, the sun was really scorching hot...so Mummy says its ENOUGH liao....so Daddy "scooped" me to the toilet to get changed. Well, we didnt want to roam the rest of the Science Centre, so we adjourne to lunch instead, except for Athena & her parents.

Fish & Co......Santa Grills...

The rest of us headed to Tampines Mall @ Fish & Co......Daddy & Mummy shared a seafood platter for two and I get to pitch some fries and fish from there.....then its home sweet home for my nap.

New member to the Family.....

Yes, my daddy's new car is here.....a 7-seater MPV Honda Stream.

In the evening, Daddy decided to bring the whole family (including Ah Gong and Erna jiejie) out for a car-ride to Changi Airport as well as to have dinner at the T2 Canteen. The drive there was really smooth and comfortable. I love my new car.

Gathering @Aunty Kelly

Aunty Kelly organise a gathering at her place today. Mummy, Tutti jiejie, Shaynnen meimei and me went there by bus since we have a direct service No 3 all the way to her place. I just love taking public transport. We were the first to arrive, followed by Aunty Roslyn with Louisa & Lavigne jiejie, Aunty Kaiching with Ruiying didi and Ruixin meimei and Aunty Serene with Quinn korkor. Aunty Kelly cooked a sumptuous lunch of pasta beef bolo and I really love it. Then, we are off to play in Gabriel's room. I enjoy the slide the most.

After playing for about an hour, we decide to adjourne to Aunty Kelly's void deck to play Gabriel's new motorbike.

But all of us were more interested with the playground and off we go to slide....slide.
