Granduncle Larry & Grandaunty Doris will be returning back to Singapore tomorrow. Mummy decide to make full use of her condo facility before she comes back. And so, after Aunty Ros class, all of us head to Seletar Springs.... for BBQ & Swim. But hor, when we were driving there, the sky looks so gloomy. Mummy still tot that we have to cancel the BBQ and cook at home. Luckily, the weather was nice......it didnt rain until I am done with my swimming and most of the food were cooked.

NDP 2007

This is my 3rd year celebrating National Day. Mummy has tried to get the NDP tickets but no luck. Daddy wanted to get a hotel room facing the NDP Parade but no more rooms available. No choice, we headed to Esplanade Park since this is the closest I can be to watch the Fireworks.
Uncle Mark & Yiyi went earlier to "chop" a place for us. We reached Pan Pacific Hotel at 5pm, valet park our car and head there straight. By then, there was already lotsa lotsa people and most of them are wearing red, just like me. I really enjoy the show......the helicopter fly-past, the F16 zooming across, the chinook splashing water at me, the jellyfish balloon floating and best of all, the FIREWORKS!

Guess what is this.....

Daddy cooked this. Looks really good hor.....its really good! Guess what it is....

My new friend - Baby Barney

With my $50 bear bucks which I got from GuGu for my last year's birthday present, Daddy & Mummy decided to bring me to build my bear today.

1st stop : CHOOSE ME
Daddy showed me all the furry friends in the store but I only like the velvet bear. He is so nice to touch.
2nd stop : HEAR ME
I chose the "Happy Birthday" song but it was temporary out of stock, so no choice, no sound from my bear for now.
3rd stop : STUFF ME
With my help and the jiejie holding my teddy bear, I stuffed my bear to just the way I like it to be cuddle.

Then, the jiejie got me to choose a heart for my bear, hold the heart real tight, make a wish and placed the heart into the bear. She will then helped to stitch her up.

4th stop : STITCH ME

5th stop : FLUFF ME

6th stop : DRESS ME
Of all the fanciful dresses n tops in the store, I chose this simple top for my bear with Singapore Flag on it, since her birthday is closed to National Day.

7th stop : NAME ME
I named my bear - Baby Barney.

Swimming @ Seletar Springs

Grandaunty Doris & Granduncle Larry left for Italy/London last night to visit Uncle Gerald and Aunty Ming for 3 weeks. Mummy took the chance to get their cardkey so we can use the pool during the 3 weeks. And without waiting further, Mummy got my friends together today and we headed there to swim. Look, we are having so much fun! Kicking and Splashing!

After swimming, of coz hungry lah. Luckily, there's Aunty Cath's beehoon, Tutti jiejie's curry chicken, Aunty Kelly's "kong-ba-bao", Uncle NS's cocktail kelly and Aunty Cath's strawberries. After filling up our little tummies, time to pose for some photos.....say Cheeze!
Ros Schoolhouse

I learned a new song today. With a beanie bear at hand, I get to throw it up and catch it, put it on my ankle, ear, shoulder, elbow, knee, back, tummy and fingers......its really a nice song. I like it. Hope Aunty Ros sing it again next week.

Then, before the class end, Aunty Ros gathered all of us into her kitchen. All of us get to stand on the chair while Aunty Ros worked on her kitchen top. First, she got us to put ice into the blender, then she poured in some mango juice. Next, she ON the blender and the ice+mango juice mix together and become Mango Freeze. Then, she poured in some carrot juice and "Ta...Da", presenting to you, The Singapore Freeze!

Cheers! To Singapore! Happy 42th Birthday, Singapore!!
