Barney's Musical Castle

I went to watch Barney today with Gabriel & Aunty Kelly. We headed for Downtown East at 3.15pm after waking up late from my nap. I rushed through my porridge and we reached Downtown East at 3.40pm. Aunty Kelly, Uncle Ben & Gabriel were already at Burger King waiting for us. Once there, 4 of us excluding Daddy & Uncle Ben made our way to the tennage. The place is really big and its air-conditioned. We found our seats but it is only for 2 person, so Mummy hold me while I stand on her lap, same goes for Gabriel. At 4pm, the show began and Barney made his entrance. I was so excited that I kept swinging my hands and clapping to the music.

Mummy & Aunty Kelly noticed that there were some empty seats at the side, which is on an elevated ground. We then made our way there and great, it was so much better. I was able to sit on a chair on my own. Aunty Kelly brought some cheerios and Gabriel shared with me. After 30mins, there was a 20mins break. We all went out and Mummy went MacDonald to get some food - Cheeseburger & Ice Tea. We then headed back to the tennage for the show. At 5.30pm, the show ended. Both Daddy & Uncle Ben were already outside waiting for us. I really enjoyed the show, I think Gabriel enjoyed too.

We then headed to Changi Airport for dinner. Gabriel even held my hands when we walked. He is so sweet. *shy*shy*.

After walking for a while, we headed to Sakae Sushi for our dinner. Both Gabriel and I sat on the booster seats while our Daddy and Mummy fed us. After an hour or so, Daddy paid the bill and we all headed for home. What a day...Tiring but Fun!!

Today is Mummy's colleague - Aunty Mel & Uncle Abel's wedding. It is held at Hyatt Hotel. After we reached home from the studio-taking, Erna jiejie fed me porridge while Mummy & Daddy changed to the dinner clothes. We then head for the road again and reached to the hotel at 7.45pm but dinner has not started. A while later, I saw Rhyan but he was shy when he saw me and walked away....I walked around the ballroom and saw some of Mummy's colleagues. At 8.30pm, the dinner started. I sat at the high chair while Mummy fed me Apple Museli cereal. I ate about 1/3 of them and started to fidget cos I dun want to be sitting down. Daddy carried me out and brought me to walk around the ballroom again......The dinner lasted until 10.45pm. In between, I had my milk, I walked around the hall. I took pictures with the bride/groom, Daddy & Mummy, Aunty Dawn.....

Its Saturday again....Yipee. Both Daddy & Mummy are not working today. Mummy woke up early and made my 1st feed of milk, then she brought me to do my daily business (Poo Poo) and bathed me. (Daddy was still in bed). When I am all dressed up, Daddy woke up. Then we head to Hougang Mall for breakfast at Hans. After getting some grocery from NTUC, we headed home. Mummy got Yiyi to cook my breakfast, while I take my nap. Mummy says we are going to Studio to take family portrait as well as pretty shots of me.

At 1.30pm, we set off for I-Studio at Bugis Village. When we reached to the door, it was locked. Daddy called the hotline number on the door but the person who answered said that he has no appointment with us. Mummy took the phone over and started scolding the person. Daddy brought me down to 7-Eleven to get some drinks while Mummy continued her conversation. I heard Mummy told Daddy that that guy will be coming back to the Studio in 10 mins time.

At 2.30pm, that man really turned up and Daddy & Mummy continued their conversation inside the studio. I was busy playing with the albums on the table. I heard Mummy says that she is very unhappy with the service and wants her money back with compensation. The Uncle went out to draw some money and returned back with $200. Daddy & Mummy got the money and left.

Daddy & Mummy discussed and decided to go somewhere else for the photoshoot. We headed to Bugis Junction and found Instant Glamour, who has a promotion of $188. They had a free slot and Mummy agreed on the spot. There's this jiejie who started dolling Mummy up and Daddy brought me to get some food.

After 30mins, Mummy is all dolled-up. Daddy got some light makeup on too and Daddy & Yiyi helped me changed to my outfit and we took quite a number of shots.

Then Mummy got to change her outlook and hairdo while Daddy & I changed to another set of clothes. By then, I am really very tired but the photographer Uncle still ask me to look here, smile. I gave some nice smile, took somemore pictures with Daddy & Mummy, then I cannot take it any longer. Yiyi patted me to sleep while Daddy & Mummy took some solo pictures.

I was sleeping all the way till we reached home. Then as Mummy get changed for Aunty Mel's wedding, Erna jiejie fed me porridge. Then we are out of the house again......

I went on a picnic today with my flends - Quinn, Gabriel and Esther.

We arranged to meet at East Coast MacDonalds at 10am. At 10.25am, we walked towards to beach area and Uncles Ben & NS laid out the groundsheet and mummy placed her table cloth on top of it for us to lay the food. Mummy got Erna jiejie to prepare some fried food like Scallop, Nuggets, Fish Fillet and Sausage with Pineapple. Uncle NS & Aunty HY prepared ham/cheese sandwiches and egg mayo sandwiches. Aunty Kelly brought along disposable cups and orange juice. Aunty Serene brought tidbits.

It was nice to see Quinn korkor after so long. He can really walk very well, even when Gabriel tried to push him, he wont fall. Daddy brought me to the edge of the beach to play with the water. I was standing and letting the wave to sweep my legs and before Daddy knew it, I squat down and my pants were all wet. Luckily, mummy brought along a set of clothes for me. (Mummy, please pack my swimming costumes next time, so I can go swimming).

Gabriel brought along his tricycle (Daddy dun allow me to bring mine), and all of us got to sit in it for a while. At 12pm, the sky grew gloomy and the adults suggested packing up and head towards Parkway Parade. I had a great time and was still not sleepy when we headed to PP.

Today is as usual......7.20am, wake up, had my milk and Erna jiejie fetched me to Yiyi's place at 7.30am. We left for Gongong's house at 8am. Reached Gongong's place at 8.30am. I heard Mummy telling Gongong that she will be picking me late.

Mummy had her China friends in town for a visit and she brought them for dinner and only picked me up at 9pm.

We reached home at 9.20pm. Mummy dropped me at Yiyi's place (again), while Mummy got changed and packed my night feed. At 10pm, we are on the roads again to fetch Daddy.....

At 10.15pm, we reached Terminal 2 and I was in good spirit....cos Daddy is coming home. After drinking my nite feed, I was all ready to walk. Mummy held me while we strolled around the arrival hall. There were lotsa of people and I was going around smiling and waving at everybody. Mummy says that I am doing my "Little Universe Hand Wave"....

At 10.50pm, Daddy walked out and gave me a big hug and kiss....Mummy had a kiss from Daddy too. And we left for home.

Daddy is still away for his business trip, so today Mummy gonna be driving me to Gongong's house. We woke up at 7.20am. After my milk at 7.30am, Erna jiejie came and pick me to Yiyi's place so mummy can make the bed and change (without me screaming for her). At 8am, we are in the car, all ready to set off. At 8.30am, we reached Gonggong's place and Mummy left for work right after that.

At 6.45pm, mummy came to pick me up. Yiyi took a cab and meet us at Gongong's house too. We were supposed to go Uncle Teck Kuan house @ AMK to collect my birthday celebration CD. While mummy was making a right turn to the main road, tik she must hve mis-judge it and BANG, we heard a loud sound. Mummy stopped the car at a corner and inspected. There was no scratches or dent but there was an shhhhhhhhh sound coming from the tyre. Mummy got back into the car and drove to a road with less traffic and called Daddy. Daddy told Mummy to call Pakpak who will be more experienced. By then, I heard Mummy says the tyre has gone flat.

Pakpak says he will be reached us in 20 minutes. We got out of the car and took a stroll up the stairs but it was really warm. We headed back into the car, ON the aircon and waited.

Pakpak came after 15 minutes and helped Mummy to fix up the spare tyre. We left for home not long after. Thanks God that Mummy can still drive with that spare tyre. And none of us were injured.

Its a fine day today and mummy brought me to Pasir Ris Park. Yiyi, Gongong & Erna jiejie came along as well. After mummy parked the car, we strolled to the infant playground where I get to play on the infant swing. It was fun but after a while, I want to be out of it.

Then we make our way to the beach. Mummy brought along a reuseable table cloth for our picnic mat. After we had settled down, Mummy took off my shoes and got Erna jjiejie to help me on my maiden walk on the sand. I complained that it was prickling but after a while, I was fine..I even walked all the way to the edge of the sea and let the wave washed my feet. Wish Daddy was here.

Daddy went on a business trip to Kuala Lumpur tonite. I am gonna miss him badly. Daddy says he will be away for 3 nites and will be back on Tuesday night. Daddy also says that he will call back every nite. Hope Tuesday come sooner.

Daddy & Mummy didnt had breakfast this morning, cos they are saving their tummy space for a buffet lunch at Lawry's The Prime Rib.

Daddy's credit card had a 1 for 1 promotion, so Daddy says its worthwhile to go. I was napping when we arrived at the restaurant but just before Daddy & Mummy starts on their meal, I woke up and I kept them busy all the way...(hahaha). Daddy & Mummy took turns to feed me and I can tell that they didnt really get to enjoy the food. Well, I got my share of food...Movenpick Ice-Cream and I was happy.

I went to see Dr Tay again cos both Daddy & Mummy can still feel the "crepes" in my lungs. Dr put that plaster thingy around my toe again n it flashes "96%". Daddy suggested that I go for another round of neubraliser. (I hate that machine). Dr Tay prepared the machine and Daddy carried me again in his arms while Mummy try to put it over my mouth and nose. This time round, they are clever liao. If I shift out from the position, mummy will switch off the machine so the ventolin is not wasted. I had a good struggling, screaming, crying with them for 10mins. Then I went back to Dr Tay's room and this time round, the plaster thingy machine shows 100%. Good achievement. Daddy was so happy.

Dr Tay sees that air ventolin seems to work well on me, he rented us a set of inhaler and says I got to inhale twice for 4 times a day. Hope this works well on me. I hate to be coughing though I am still very active.

Today is another public holiday and Daddy & Mummy are both not working again. But Daddy says he has to stay home to work on his thesis, so Mummy suggested going to HarbourFront Centre with Yiyi, GongGong and Erna. After lunch, we head for the LRT Station and then followed by a 33mins MRT ride. It was fun taking such rides. First stop, we headed to MacDonalds for snacks but instead of French Fries, Mummy got me to finish up my mee sua. By then, I was really tired so Yiyi carried me while I take my nap. After 40mins, I woke up, feeling so refreshed and started to walk while holding to the back of my caddy. Yiyi sponsored 2 of my adventure rides too, a Batman Mobile & Barney.

Then I continued with my walk.

At about 6pm, I heard mummy called Daddy to check if he wants to join us for dinner @ Sakae Sushi. Daddy says he has completed quite a bit of work so he will drive down and meet us.

At 7.15pm, Daddy finally met up with us and we had a hearty dinner before heading home. What an eventful day. Can we have more public holidays??

I am still having bad phlegmy cough so Daddy & Mummy brought me to see Dr Tay again. Dr Tay placed one plaster-kind of thing around my toe and there is this machine which goes beep-beep and then a number will flashed out. It shows 95%. Dr Tay says no good, wants me to go under neubraliser..(whats that?). He ushered us to another room and brought one plastic mask with a thin tube attached to it and told Daddy & Mummy to place it over my nose and mouth. When the machine starts, there is some air, vapour oozing out from it. I got scared and started screaming. I want to run away but Daddy & Mummy held me tight and kept telling me to bear with it, says it will helped me to open up my lungs so the phlegm can flush through......but I am still scared. I continued to struggle and screamed and cried. I know Daddy & Mummy are very heartache to see me in this condition. After about 3 mins, the whole ordeal finally stopped. Daddy carried me and I started to complain. I hate that equipment. Dr Tay asked me into his room and he placed that plaster-thingy around my toe and this time round, it says 96%. Slight improvement. He gave me some liquid ventolin and a new antibotic and says I got to see him again on Friday.

Happy Birthday Yingxin

Yingxin is having her birthday party at Pinevale Function Hall @ 6pm. When we reached there at 7pm+, a lot of our friends were already there. I saw Gabriel, QianNing, Kiera, Ruiying, Esther and of course, Yingxin. Daddy & Mummy helped themselves to the buffet while I joined the rest to play. At 8.30pm, Yingxin woke up from her nap and Aunty Mun Mun took out her Birthday Cake. It was in a 3D-Mushroom shape. We sang birthday songs for both Aunty Mun Mun & Yingxin (they are both borned on the same date, 11 November), ate the cakes and left at about 9pm.

Deepavali is a festival celebrated by Indians; and it is a public holiday so Daddy & Mummy are not working. We stayed home the whole morning but went out to Centrepoint to shop in the afternoon. Mummy brought along the caddy. I hate that caddy. I dont like to be strapped on, I want Daddy to carry me. But mummy is very insistent, so I cried the whole time I was on it. I even had tears rolling down. Mummy gave in after a while and allowed Daddy to carry me but when we were inside Robinson, I had to sit on it again. (Urghh)

After lunch at S-11, we went to Cold Storage to shop. This time round, I do not want to sit, I want to walk. I hold onto the back of the Caddy and push along the aisle with mummy. It was fun. I can walk by myself. I was having so much fun that I do not want Daddy to carry me at all. Mummy says that I will be able to learn to walk by myself pretty soon.
