Dawn 8th and Deon 4th Birthday

We are heading to the West today for a birthday party.....to be exact, we are going to Bukit Batok MacDonalds for Dawn and Deon's birthday. Its both meimei and my first time attending such birthday.....so exciting. We were given a party hat and a Macdonald crew came and get our order too.....I ordered the Kids Meal - Cheeseburger, Ice-Milo and French Fries.

After the games session, our lunch were served.

Then, is cake-cutting session. We didnt stay to eat the cake cos we were rushing for meimei's music lesson at 4pm. Thank you, Aunty LB for the invitation!

Outing to Orchard

Daddy & Mummy decide to check out the Orchard lightings tonite too....and since we have not been to Ion Orchard since its opened, we decide to go there. First stop is to Shaw Centre to grab those 50% off Sushi at the supermarket since Daddy & Mummy had not have their dinner yet. After settling Daddy & Mummy's tummy, we walked toward Ion Orchard. There's this really tall and huge christmas tree whereby u get to see the interior of the tree.....and Daddy carried me over his shoulder and we took some nice pix. Then we walked toward Wisma Atrium, took some pix...and then headed home.

I love Public Holiday

For this public holiday, Mummy has actually arranged an outing with Aunty Jen & Aunty Mel to go to Wild Wild Wet but meimei had mild runny nose and me having slight cough....so Mummy says better to stay away from the water. The backup plan is to join Aunty HY, Aunty Cath at Fidgets but by the time, Mummy settled her stuff at work and reached home, its almost 10.30am. And when everyone is ready to go out, its 11.15am. So instead of joining the rest at Fidgets, we opt to go Changi Airport Terminal 3.....cos of this...White Castle!!

We reached at about 11.45am, right in time to be the first group to play (its starts at 12noon).....this time round, they arranged the queue in such a way that a group of kids will all play for 15mins...and then leave....follow by the next 15mins batch....more organised but you will have to wait longer to play.

After playing for 15mins, we headed to Koufu for our lunch. After lunch, we walked towards B1 atrium cos there is a book fair. Mummy bought for me a Primary 1 Assessment Book (Improve your Vocabulary) and says I must practice during this school holiday.....as for meimei, she chose a Princess sticker book.

And before we head home for an afternoon nap, we request for another round of 'White Castle'....this time round, the queue is so much longer and we had to wait for almost 30mins before our turn.

On the way back to carpark, we spotted this huge weighing scale and I got up on it and took my weight.....and its says 20.3kg. No wonder Daddy is complaining more when he carried me and Mummy almost overstretched her muscles when she carry me for a while......hehe.

Final stop....is this F1 car parked at the B1 carpark. Anyone is welcome to sit in it and take picture.....so Daddy took a few pix of me in it. Zoom Zoom Zoom......

Holiday Art Program

Mummy chanced upon the Straits Time that Art Zone is having Holiday Art Program and so she decided to take half-day leave and signed me up for the 25th Nov afternoon session which is from 2pm to 6pm. No fun if I go alone right.....so Mummy chio Kimi as well as Matthew and Aunty Peggy and Aunty Pearly both agreed....yipee!

So, on 25th Nov after Mummy returned home from her half-day work, we headed to Blk 116 to pickup Kimi from her Uncle's place, then to Jalan Jaruk to pick up Matthew, John and Aunty Pearly....and we reached UE square just in time.

Kimi, Matthew & myself get to sit in the same table and before the session starts, we were given a piece of drawing paper and a pencil and we get to draw anything we like. Mummy & Aunty Pearly then headed to Orchard Hotel with meimei and John for hi-tea before coming back to pick us up at 6pm.

Just before 6pm, Mummy & Aunty Pearly appeared back to our class and just nice, we were done with our art & craft. Here's me, Matthew and Kimi showing off our completed work - clock and playdoh in a pan...

Fun...Fun....Fun at Changi Airport T3

Thanks to Ashton & Ayden's blog, Mummy got to know some nice and fun activities happening for this Nov/Dec holidays. She remembered there's something going on in Airport, so off we go to Changi Airport T3 to check out this Big Snow Fantasy.

At first, Mummy tot the snow fantasy is some sort of foam party but its turned out to be a huge inflatable in the form of a ship. The best part is there is no need to spend anything to play on this white ship, just register our name and we are allowed to play for 15mins. A uncle will take note of the time we started playing and will call out for our names when the 15mins is up.

After playing for 15mins, we made our way to the kiddy playground parked just beside the huge white ship. But, we only played for a short while cos the playground is just too small for me...hehe.

Then, I remembered that there's a coloring area at B2, so I told Mummy that I want to go there instead.

Just beside the coloring area, there's this - Kid's Corner with a big LCD TV showing Cartoon Network and carpets for us to lie on. Meimei & I then got some papers and crayons and started drawing while lying on the carpet. Daddy & Mummy juz laze around watching Tom & Jerry cartoon.

For dinner, meimei wants to eat noodles and I request for Macdonald. But since I am not really hungry yet, we accompanied meimei to Kopitiam to have her Wanton Noodle, and Daddy his Mee Goreng and then to Macdonald for my kids meal.

Bryan didi's 1st Birthday

We are invited to Daddy's friend - Uncle Sebastian's son - Bryan's 1st birthday party. Its held in the NSRCC chalet. Cake-cutting at 3pm and we arrived right on time for the cake-cutting....and check out the cake, so nice hor!!

After the party, we headed to Changi Airport cos Mummy says there's something fun waiting for us!!

A night at Swissotel the Stamford

We are running away from home.....

Hehe....no lah. Daddy booked a hotel room in Swissotel The Stamford and we are going to stay there for a night. Tutti jiejie is also away to KL for 3D/2N for her birthday leave. After valet parking our car, Daddy went to do the check-in and then we headed to our room at 35th floor.

From the balcony, we can see the full view of the Marina Bay. Very nice! But Mummy dun allow us to stay in the balcony too long.

So, we make ourselves comfortable lying on bed and watching our Dora DVD for almost an hour. Then, we headed out to Raffles City Shopping Mall to get some snacks. Mummy got us donuts while Daddy bought Fried Calamari and Fish & Chips and we all dine in the comfort of the room.

Next activity is swimming. We changed into our swimming costume ourselves and then make our way to the 8th floor.

But, the water is really brrrrrrrrr cold. Meimei started shivering after just 3 mins in the pool, so Mummy ordered all of us to get out of the water soon after.

And we get to continue our "swim" in the warm and comfortable bath tub...hehe.

By the time, we finished our bath, its almost time for dinner. We decided on Sushi Tei for dinner cos Mummy still have a $10 dining voucher.

After dinner, Mummy wanted to hit the mall but I kept insisting to go back to the room cos Daddy promised me the best part of the hotel stay i.e. eating potato chips on bed...hehe! We changed into our favorite PJs and then its party time....hehe.

Buffet Lunch at Carousel

Mummy has arranged to meet up Aunty Jo (together with Uncle SH, Johann & Jayden), Aunty Pearly (with Matthew and John) and Aunty Libing (together with Uncle YZ and Deon) for lunch at Carousel, Royal Holiday on Scotts. Daddy didnt join the lunch cos he wanted to stay at home to rest. He had woken up early in the morning at 5plus to bring Tutti jiejie to airport. Tutti jiejie is away for 3days/2nights to Klang. Daddy & Mummy has bought her a birthday gift - an airticket to KL to visit her hubby.

Anyway, we are supposed to meet up at 12noon at the hotel but we only reached at 1pm. Worst of all, the lift carpark was down and we have to walk down the flight of stairs to the lobby. Luckily, the hotel is giving complimentary parking to compensate the inconvenience.

Once we reached into Carousel, Mummy quickly grab the food for meimei and me. I had Chicken Rice, Spaghetti, Tamago Sushi, strawberries, mashmallow, ice-cream and cakes. Halfway to the lunch, Matthew & Johann request to take picture with me.....heeee...cheese!!

We stayed till 3pm and then its rushing home cos meimei has to attend her music lesson at 4pm.

LSK 12th Annual Concert 2009

This is my 3rd year performing on stage. So exciting! Well, I have been practicing at home so often until Mummy can also dance with us. For this year concert, we are given 8 tickets (cos Meimei has 4 and I have 4). And our supporters are Daddy, Mummy, Tutti jiejie, Yiyi, Gibson gugu and Megan jiejie.

Mummy left her workplace earlier today and drove us to school, in time for us to report at 6pm. Our teachers then helped us to get change into our costume while we waited for the concert to start at 7pm.

The concert went on very smoothly and after 2 hours of clapping and cheering, it finally ended. Here's me in my multi-purpose hall in my Malay costume. Mummy liked my costume so much....I tik I heard her saying that she wants to do one for herself for CNY next year...hehe.

After a few more group pictures, we headed to our usual hangout i.e. Macdonald at Kovan. Then, we fetched Megan jiejie home, followed by Yiyi and then gibson gugu.

Ritz to Raffles

Daddy received an invitation to attend a talk in Ritz Carlton Hotel this afternoon. With nothing to do, all of us headed there and after the 1.5hr talk, Daddy got a $100 Marina Square voucher....very worth it. After the talk, still early for dinner, we headed to Marina Square cos I told Daddy I want to go to the indoor playground.

Then for dinner, if you guess Raffles Hotel....u are right! Daddy simply hooked on the Feed at Raffles card, with the 50% discount, we headed to Empire Cafe. And I finally get to eat the Roti Prata from there. Is it nice? Hmmm, anything that allow me to eat with sugar is nice...hehe.
