Daddy's Special Roasted Chicken

Today, Daddy & Mummy decided to just stay at home and "nua". Well, cannot blame them too cos with both meimei & my lessons on a saturday, its really tiring having to run around to & fro.

My classes

8.30 - 10.30 am : Speech & Drama Class (Daddy)

11.15-12.15pm : Piano Class (Daddy)

Meimei's classes

9.45-10.45am : Ros SchoolHouse (Mummy)

4.00-5.00pm : Piano Class (Daddy)

And since we are not going out, Daddy decided to do something special....instead of beef again, he is roasting chicken.

And after 1hr & 15mins, this is what it becomes......and its really good! The breast meat is really juicy and its smells really nice. And 1 whole chicken is not enough for all of us.

So, with the remaining spices and oil, Daddy roasted some baby potatoes. Its juz so good!!

Arent I lucky to have a Daddy that luv to cook....hehe!!
