Holiday Getaway.....

Hooray, its public holiday again.....this time is on a Saturday, which means there will be no classes for both meimei and me. What better way to spend it than to sleep until late in the morning, right? Well, not for us, we will be waking up early cos we are checking in to Hotel CAPELLA in Sentosa. Yiyi got a complimentary stay and we are going to spend it together......hmm, until at night and it will be just Daddy, Mummy, me and meimei. Well, this hotel is very special....it allowed you to check-in and out anytime you like, so instead of the usual 2pm check-in, we are going to check-in at 9am and partly bcos we are meeting Aidan, Esther & Cedric for a morning picnic by the beach.

After getting our access card, we headed right into the room and wooowwwweee, the room is really nice, its sea-facing....has a very nice bath-tub, a complimentary fruit basket, 2 chocolate cookies with both meimei & my name, a complimentary mini-bar which means we get to have all the drinks FOC. I am so gonna enjoy my stay here.....

After settling down, we headed to Palawan Beach to meet up with Uncle NS, Aunty HY, Aidan, Esther and Cedric. We spent almost an hour there playing in the sand and sea.

After washing up, we headed to Imbiah Lookout where Singapore's biggest cluster of 8 attractions are within 8 mins walk...but well, we didnt try all 8 of them. We tried the Tiger Sky Tower instead, with just Aidan, Esther, me, meimei & Mummy. And do you know that this Sky Tower is Singapore's tallest observation tower at 131m above sea level....

After getting back on the ground, we headed to Vivocity for our lunch. Then its home sweet home for Aidan, Esther & Cedric while we headed back to our hotel room for our beauty nap before checking out the pool at about 5pm. By the way, the pink robe you see below is specially catered for the little guests.....its not too big or not too small .....they managed to get the size just right for both meimei & me....so nice, right!!

We then caught the beautiful sun-set before heading back to Vivocity again for dinner.

Tonite dinner will be an early celebration for Mother's Day dinner cos Daddy will be leaving for Shanghai tomorrow evening for business trip....as well as to thank Yiyi for the complimentary stay. After dinner, Yiyi & Uncle Mark headed back to Punggol and we back to Sentosa....

In the morning, we have our complimentary breakfast at The Knolls and I have French Toast Fingers...Yummy!! Then, we went back to the room to laze and watch our newly-purchased DVD - Thumbelina till about 1pm before checking-out. If not for Daddy who need to catch his flight at 5.25pm, I tik we will have checked-out just before dinner....

Oh well.....I had fun staying in this hotel.....and by far, the best hotel I stay.....and am looking forward to more..hee!!
