Below: Daddy's very own Peach Cheesecake & Oreo Cheesecake which Lau-Ma actually eaten 2 slices. She says its was good and not too "che-lar" and even asked Daddy to do one for her birthday next week for everyone.

Then, at almost the strike of midnight, Uncle Andrew popped the champagne and sparkling apple juice (for kids) and we all cheered to the NEW YEAR!! Happy New Year everyone.....2009 will be a great year!
