MMR injection
Mummy booked me for my MMR jab with Dr Tay this evening. After dinner at GongGong's place, we headed to Karri Family Clinic. Gabriel was there too, he was doing his MMR jab at the same time. We were early, so I went into the room first. Dr Tay asked me to lie across Daddy's lap and pasted some plaster over my butt and asked us to return after 30mins. By then, Gabriel was already there and after he is done with his plastering, we headed to Cold Storage at 1st floor for a little shopping. After about 35mins, we all went back to Dr Tay and since I was first to be plastered, I went in for my jab first. Again, Dr Tay got me to lie across Daddy's lap and had my butt sticking out at him. He removed the plaster over my butt.....at this time, Mummy was entertaining at the other end with Dr Tay's toys and my favourite Pretzy stick. In a few seconds, it was done and I didnt even feel anything. No tears, No cry, No scream!! All thanks to the plaster that numb the area. And before I left the room, Dr Tay weighed me and measured my height.....I am 11kg and 76.5cm. Daddy says I am definitely gonna be taller than Mummy.....hahahaha.

How much did your mummy pay for the MMR jab? Is Dr. Tay a GP or PD?

Cindy meimei, mummy paid $210 for a package. It has the MMR, chicken pox jab which I will be taking on 3 Mar and the 18mths (5-1) booster. And Dr Tay is a GP but he helps up in KKH too on weekends.
Sharwyn jiejie, thanks! So the MMR and chicken pox jab is only 2 weeks apart. I haven't done the chicken pox jab either. :p
